My journey into the world of energy and spiritual healing began over 12 years ago, when anxiety unexpectedly entered my life and shifted everything. In seeking calm and clarity, I was guided to the healing energy of crystals – and from there, a deeper path unfolded.

Today, I hold space as a Reiki Practitioner, Access Bars® Practitioner, and Sacred Cacao Ceremony Facilitator.

 I’m also a proud womb keeper, offering the 13th Rite of the Womb to support women in reconnecting with their feminine power.
