Yes. Session packages are available for those seeking ongoing or deeper support. Packages offer a small saving and help create continuity in your healing journey.
Energy exchange is a respectful and balanced flow that honours the time, preparation, presence, and care involved in each offering. Pricing supports the sustainability of this work and allows me to show up fully for each session or ceremony.
Sessions are offered from my home-based space in Baldivis. The exact address is provided upon booking to maintain privacy and energetic safety.
Yes. Ceremonies such as Cacao or Blue Lotus are immersive, intentional experiences that include ritual, meditation, and guided journeying. They are priced differently due to the preparation, materials, and extended space holding involved.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time or missed appointments will incur a 100% fee of the deposit paid, as the time and space have been reserved especially for you.
Yes. You pay for your deposit on booking, and the remainder can be paid by tapping your Afterpay card after your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At The Elemental Healer, your session time is lovingly prepared and reserved just for you. To honour both your time and mine, the following policy applies to all bookings.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations & changes
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment when notice is given within this time.
Late cancellations
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
No-shows
• If you do not attend your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and the session will be considered complete.
Late arrival
• If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled time to honour other clients.
• The full session fee remains payable.
Exceptional circumstances
I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible and I will always do my best to approach your situation with compassion and fairness.
Practitioner cancellations
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the choice of:
• a full refund of your deposit, or
• transferring your deposit to a future session.
